(一)座位登記結果詳附件：登記結果(正取)、登記結果(備取)，集合時間地點及相關資訊將另行公告。

(二)當日請務必準時出席，欲取消報名者最晚請於畢業典禮前一週通知系辦。

(三)如有空位，將個別通知備取同學。

(四)畢業典禮會場提供座位供親友自由入座，座位有限額滿為止。

1. Please see the attachment for the result: Result of Seat Registration(Accepted), Result of Seat Registration(Waitlisted). The meeting time and place will be announced closer to the date.

2. Please be on time for the morning assembly (tba.). If you would like to give up your seat, please inform the BF Dept. Office at least one week before the Graduation ceremony.

3. If there are available seats, we will notify the waitlisted students individually.

4. Students’ friends and relatives can enter the ceremony venue without registration. There will be seats open for people to take a seat freely, availabe on a first-come, first get basis.
